Could Cloud Room host a one pot event?

Just submitted an idea to chef Michael Hebberoy to have a one pot event at the Inn - don't know who is is? Goggle either his name or one pot.

Thanksgiving at the Inn was a delight for the senses - turkey of course, pies, corn pudding, beets, cole slaw, dressing, mashed and sweet potatoes, rolls, pickles, wine. We ate in the unfinished Cloud Room Cafe with a long table set up - everyone ate well then Jeff, Erica, Jake, Alysia and Noah had to drive back to Port Orchard.
We stayed up late playing a game that I was always on the winning team!
Painting the ceilings and walls of the new cafe space this Thanksgiving weekend as well as went razor clamming. We got quite wet hiking through a small river to get to the other side ( of course) and to the mother load of clams. Hunting calms seems a bit barbaric with the "gun" and the mad pushing into the sand to find the little suckers. Steve discovered that the gun can double as a chair.
Jen fried some up with a variety of cracker crumb coverings and made a couple of dipping sauces. Oil doesn't work as well as butter. Weather fabulous - sunny no wind.
Second night of clamming yeilded ABSOLUTELY nothing. Third night Jen and Josh got their limit of 15 each.
Linda and Stuart came out Saturday - only cloudy day of the long weekend to discuss the dvelopment of the Glenacres (Murder) Mystery Weekends. They are amazing and really into the Inn and our ideas of using not only coummunity players byt also community locations to make the mystery more exciting. Stuart and Linda's backgrounds make this a great fit and I'm excited to get going on it! Glenacres Inn Mystery Weekends are going to change Westport forever!
